Superior Resources Limited (ASX code SPQ) is an ASX listed public Australian company that is exploring for copper, lead-zinc-silver and gold deposits in northern Queensland, Australia.

The Company also holds 350,000 shares in Deep Yellow Limited, an Australian ASX listed uranium explorer.

Under a prospectus dated 29 August 2007, Superior raised a total of $4.4 million and successfully applied for listing on ASX Limited.

Superior's principal objectives are:
the discovery of a major Mount Isa style copper or lead-zinc-silver deposit in the Proterozoic rocks of north-west Queensland,
the discovery of a volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposit in northeast Queensland and
the discovery of a high-grade Tick Hill type gold deposit in northwest Queensland.

To meet these objectives Superior holds a number of exploration permits in northwest Queensland and is party to a joint venture agreement over three mining leases at Tick Hill. The exploration permits are grouped into separate project areas.

Superior also holds a mining lease in the Greenvale area of northeast Queensland and four exploration permits.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is responsible for the corporate governance of Superior Resources Limited, including its strategic development. The Board reviews corporate strategy and financial targets in terms of Shareholder expectations, performance and potential. It establishes goals for management and monitors achievement of these goals.

Non-Executive Chairman

Carlos is the Principal of Carlos Fernicola & Co., Chartered Accountants. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting, taxation, audit and the financial services industry. Carlos was appointed a Non-Executive Director on 25 August 2014 and succeeded Mr Horton as Chairman of the company.

Peter Henry Hwang - B.Sc. (Hons), LLB
Managing Director

Peter is a qualified geologist and lawyer and previously worked as a solicitor specialising in resources and native title law with a national law firm. He has extensive experience in advising on the development of mining and major infrastructure projects as well as resources mergers and acquisitions and public company floats. As a solicitor he developed a focus on and extensive network in the resources industry between Australia and China. Prior to his legal career, Mr Hwang spent over five years as a diamond exploration geologist in Australia and subsequently consulted to various companies on diamond and gold exploration projects in South America.

Kenneth James Harvey - M.Sc., Dip. Ed., M.Aus.I.M.M., M.A.I.G., M.S.E.G., M.G.S.A.
Non-Executive Director

Ken has over 44 years experience in mineral exploration, management and resource evaluation throughout Australia. He was a long-standing member of a major company's exploration team, which was responsible for many mineral discoveries. Throughout his career he has held numerous management positions within the minerals industry. He has previously operated his own consulting company, KJ Harvey and Associates Pty Ltd.

Superior Resources Limited and its Board of Directors are committed to achieving the highest standards of corporate governance.

Corporate governance practices have been in place since the Company listed on the ASX in November 2007. These practices were updated in 2012. As far as practical, these practices comply with the recommendations of the Australian Securities Exchange Corporate Governance Council.
